Imadepurple will sometimes post an “Open Call” for a digital exhibition or blogpost. The artwork must be created by a student in grades pK-12. Teachers, parents, or the student themselves may submit the art.
Permission
When you submit a digital file for an exhibition, I assume you asked permission from the student and the guardians. Most counties or districts require you to have written permission to display artwork on the internet so please double check with your school’s policy.
No Candids
I only display ARTwork. No pictures of students will ever be used, so please don’t send them to me. If you send a picture of your student holding the artwork – I still won’t use it. No pictures of students. period.
No Last Names- just initials (Kyle C., Lauren K., etc)
How to Submit:
1. Send jpg files that are in response to one of the “Open Calls” to imadepurple@gmail.com
2. Include the artist(s) name, age, teacher (if applicable), and title of work.
3. Optional: a sentence or two about the art by the artist.
Imadepurple reserves the right to pick and choose which artwork to post on the web.
